Scanning MIRA36-S at the German Weather Service (DWD) at Lindenberg pointing vertically here. The Transmitter and Receiver are in the box mounted together with the antenna. The azimuth drive and the air conditioning is in the pedestal below the radar. The both on the rear of the trailer mainly hosts the radar PC.

Vertically Pointing MIRA36 mounted into a trailer. The 19" Rack hosts the PC, the Receiver, the Transmitter, space for a spare for Transmitter, and the Mains switches (from top to bottom). A UPS with battery Pack is beneath the table.
